A boned out Free Range Turkey, which has been naturally reared, using old fashioned methods. This has been stuffed with a boned Gressingham Duck and then a boned Wild Lakeland Pheasant and wild Partridge. The whole thing is filled with a pork, cranberry and apple sausage meat stuffing, we do leave the legs on, for that traditional look.
