Free Range
Our Free range Turkeys come from a farm near Penrith whose owners have been breeding and rearing turkeys for over 20 years. They roam freely throughout the day and are housed in the evenings. This year we are offering the Bronze Turkey, which is a slow maturing bird which gives a fuller flavour.
NB Some of the out-sourced sausage meats may contain gluten and/or preservatives.
