Our Smoked Salmon comes from John Ross Jr (Aberdeen) Ltd. Their listed kilns in Aberdeenshire, Scotland, have been used for uniquely cold smoking first-class salmon for more than 150 years.
John Ross is one of only a few producers in the world that produce smoked salmon using traditional brick kilns. They hold a Royal Warrant by appointment to Her Majesty the Queen and supply the Royal residencies around the UK. They also supply to many of the world’s finest hotels and restaurants, supermarkets, delis and food halls.
