Herdwick Hogget Leg fillet

This is a lovely alternative to the classic half leg roasting joint. Tacken from the top of the leg it is still a traditional (Herdwick Hogget) leg roasting joint but with a with higher meat to bone ratio, delicious flavour and succulent texture. Suggest 3-4 portions.
