Herdwick sheep are Lakelands‚Äô native sheep breed, they eat a natural diet of fell grasses and heather. ‚ÄòHogget‚Äô is sheep meat from an animal between 1-2 years old and is a delicious cross between tender lamb and full flavoured mutton. Our Herdwick Hogget is dry aged for 7 days to enhance the texture and flavour.
