Herdwick sheep are Lakelands‚ native sheep breed, they eat a natural diet of fell grasses and heather. Hogget‚ is sheep meat from an animal between 1-2 years old and is a delicious cross between tender lamb and full flavoured mutton. Our Herdwick Hogget is dry aged for 7 days to enhance the texture and flavour.
